Rosmeer è un luogo e un'ex municipalità belga nel sud della provincia di Limburg. Rosmeer contava 744 abitanti nel 1930. Nel 2006 erano 811. Nel 1970 Rosmeer è diventata parte di Mopertingen e nel 1977 una frazione di Bilzen. Rosmeer è un piccolo villaggio, situato al confine tra Vochtig- e Droog-Haspengouw a un'altitudine di 87 fino a 128 metri. Il punto più alto è la Bosberg, dove si trova anche il serbatoio d'acqua. Qui sgorga, nell'area naturale comunale Het Broek, il Wijerkensbeek, che scorre in direzione est attraverso Hees verso il canale Alberto.
