Korbeek-Dijle es una aldea y una submunicipalidad de Bertem en la provincia belga de Brabante Flamenco, fue un municipio independiente hasta la reorganización municipal de 1977. Bajo el antiguo régimen, Korbeek-Dijle era un señorío independiente. Jurídicamente, pertenecía a la meiería de Herent, en el distrito de Lovaina del ducado de Brabante. Tras la invasión francesa, la aldea se incluyó como municipio en el cantón de Tervuren del departamento de Dijle. Korbeek mantuvo su estatus como municipio independiente hasta 1977, cuando se fusionó con Bertem.
