Poupehan es un pequeño pueblo en la provincia belga de Luxemburgo y una localidad del municipio de Bouillon. Se encuentra en la ladera sur de las Ardenas belgas, a lo largo de las orillas del Semois. Poupehan está rodeado de colinas.
El lugar solía formar parte del ducado de Bouillon. Al final del Antiguo Régimen, se convirtió en un municipio en el departamento de Ardennes. A principios del siglo XIX, se unió al municipio de Corbion. En 1877, Poupehan se separó de Corbion como municipio independiente.
