Pottes es un pueblo en la provincia belga de Henao y una submunicipalidad de la comuna valona de Celles.
En la época romana había una vía que iba de Tournai a Oudenaarde y en Pottes había un lugar de descanso. El nombre Pottes se refiere, por tanto, a Posta. Se encontraron objetos romanos, como monedas.
