Tongeren es conocida más allá de las fronteras como un destino internacional para antigüedades, brocante, diseño y vintage. Alrededor de 30 tiendas de antigüedades de renombre y 250 expositores (especializados) exhiben antigüedades centenarias, brocante, artículos de diseño, artículos vintage y raras piezas de colección. Desde todos los rincones del mundo, miles de visitantes acuden a este punto de encuentro semanal de antigüedades. Pasea por las murallas medievales y las acogedoras plazas que se han transformado en un gran mercado y busca los objetos más interesantes. La vibrante atmósfera en este entorno histórico es, por tanto, legendaria.
