El diócesis de Namur es una circunscripción eclesiástica de la Iglesia católica, que abarca las provincias de Namur y de Luxemburgo, en Bélgica. Erigido en 1559, el diócesis forma parte de la provincia eclesiástica de Malinas-Bruselas.
Actualmente, el diócesis de Namur cubre dos provincias: la Provincia de Namur y la Provincia de Luxemburgo. Es el diócesis más extenso de Bélgica, aunque es el menos poblado.
