Este extenso conjunto neotradicional fue fundado a mediados de la década de 1920 como la clínica neuropsiquiátrica Salve Mater y consiste en varios pabellones dispersos en la parte norte del antiguo parque del castillo. Los pabellones están separados entre sí por un patrón de avenidas rectilíneas, como un vestigio de la disposición del siglo XIX (ver nota de la calle).
