Ubicado en un moderno barrio residencial. Único vestigio de la "Villa Tishengien" franca que antes del siglo XI abarcaba lo que hoy es Mortsel, Hove y Edegem, la propiedad fue, según la leyenda, donada alrededor del 660 por la Santa Reinhildis a la abadía de Lobbes. El granero de la finca desapareció con la construcción de la elevada plataforma del ferrocarril, y las murallas se perdieron debido a la construcción de calles y parcelación. Granja alargada (con el tejado perpendicular a la calle) con casa y establos del siglo XVII, restaurada entre 1963 y 1965 según el diseño del arquitecto Y. Devos (ver inscripción). Plano de planta en forma de L, establos más altos con potrero más amplios desarrollados en la fachada norte.
