Antigua cervecería de la familia De Jonghe-Erix, fundada en 1810. Edificios restantes del siglo XIX y principios del siglo XX, actualmente incluidos en una zona de reevaluación, obras de renovación inacabadas comenzadas en 1976. Antiguos edificios de la empresa dispuestos en forma de L, de ladrillo con dos y tres plantas, utilizando piedra natural y ladrillo sinterizado. Edificio principal (anterior sala de cervecería) rítmicamente acentuado por lesenas, rematado en la parte superior por un pasamanos abierto, cubierta curvada con sistema de ventilación; ventanas rectangulares y de arco redondeado. En la esquina, torre cuadrada bajo un techo a dos aguas, adyacente a un edificio anexo bajo un tejado de pizarra.
