La iglesia de San Lorenzo es la iglesia parroquial de Brustem, una localidad del municipio de Sint-Truiden en la provincia belga de Limburgo, ubicada junto al Burggracht.
Originalmente había una capilla fortificada románica de 1171. La torre oeste es de 1649 y aún conserva restos de la base románica. De esta iglesia de salón de ladrillo, las dos tramos occidentales fueron construidos en 1769 en estilo clasicista. Los dos tramos orientales y el coro son de 1850. En 1938 se construyeron sacristías tanto al norte como al sur de la iglesia y en 1937 también capillas laterales.
