Hony es una aldea en el municipio belga de Esneux, en la margen izquierda del Ourthe, a unos 15 kilómetros de la ciudad de Lieja.
La aldea se encuentra a lo largo de la carretera del Ourthe hacia la N63. La carretera a través de la aldea es conocida entre los aficionados al ciclismo como la Côte du Roche aux faucons. Hony cuenta con su propia estación de tren a lo largo de la línea de tren de Lieja a Marloie. La aldea está conectada con la margen derecha por un puente. La construcción de la aldea en la margen izquierda se une a la del pueblo de Méry.
