La iglesia de San Juan Bautista es un edificio religioso en la aldea belga de Afsnee. La iglesia está dedicada a Juan el Bautista, conocido localmente como "Jan Baptist". El edificio ya se mencionó en 939, pero probablemente es aún más antiguo. Afsnee ya se menciona alrededor de 850 en los bienes de la Abadía de San Pedro en tiempos del rey Lotario. A lo largo del tiempo, la iglesia ha sufrido varias reformas. Presenta un núcleo románico de finales del siglo XII, en forma de una cruz latina con torre central. Se concibió como una iglesia de tres naves, pero se sospecha que solo se construyó la nave central.
