L'église Saint-Jean-Baptiste est un bâtiment religieux dans le village belge d'Afsnee. L'église est dédiée à Jean le Baptiste, localement appelé ''Jan Baptist''. Le bâtiment a déjà été mentionné en 939, mais il est probablement encore plus ancien. Afsnee est déjà mentionné vers 850 parmi les biens de l'abbaye de Saint-Pierre à l'époque du roi Lothaire. L'église a subi plusieurs modifications au fil du temps. Elle présente un noyau roman datant de la fin du 12e siècle, sous la forme d'une croix latine avec un clocher central. Elle était conçue comme une église à trois nefs, mais on pense que seule la nef centrale a été construite.
