En 1980 se inauguró el taller de embutidos De Veurn' Ambachtse en Alveringem. Desde el principio, la intención fue trabajar de manera artesanal con solo materias primas de calidad natural. Todos los patés y terrinas llevan el certificado 'Control de Calidad'. Varias distinciones oficiales no tardaron en llegar. VLAM proclamó el 'paté de estilo antiguo' y 'el Potjesvlees de Westhoek' como productos locales reconocidos. Este último incluso recibió un reconocimiento europeo adicional. El Resto 't Potje Paté abraza tanto el redescubrimiento de productos artesanales de la región como la degustación de delicatessen gastronómicas. Toda la gama también se vende en la tienda de paté al lado. ¡Aquí te servimos el auténtico Westhoek en tu plato!
