Zemst-Laar o Laar es un pequeño pueblo en la provincia belga de Brabante Flamenco, en el oeste del municipio de Zemst. Se encuentra entre los pueblos de Zemst, Zemst-Bos, Humbeek y Hombeek. El núcleo del pueblo de Zemst-Laar tiene solo 650 habitantes, con las viviendas cercanas incluidas, son alrededor de 900.
Zemst-Laar cuenta con su propia iglesia parroquial, una escuela primaria municipal, una sección de chiro, el equipo de fútbol SK Laar y la banda real "Willen is Kunnen". Además, el pueblo también tiene una panadería y un café. También el club de teatro local y la sección local de KWB y KVLV contribuyen a la vida del pueblo de Laar.
