Zemst-Laar eller Laar er en lille landsby i den belgiske provins Vlaams-Brabant, i vest for kommunen Zemst. Den ligger mellem landsbyerne Zemst, Zemst-Bos, Humbeek og Hombeek. Landsbyens kerne i Zemst-Laar har kun 650 indbyggere, og med de nærliggende boliger inkluderet er der omkring 900.
Zemst-Laar har sin egen sognekirke, en kommunal folkeskole, en chiroafdeling, fodboldholdet SK Laar og den kongelige brassband "Willen is Kunnen". Derudover har landsbyen også et bageri og en café. Den lokale teatergruppe og den lokale afdeling af både KWB og KVLV bidrager også til landsbylivet i Laar.
