Putte es una aldea fronteriza de Campine, que se encuentra en parte en el municipio neerlandés de Woensdrecht y en parte en los municipios belgas de Stabroek y Kapellen. Por lo tanto, la aldea se encuentra en dos países y tres municipios. La parte de Putte que corresponde a Woensdrecht cuenta con 3.785 habitantes. Hasta el 1 de enero de 1997, Putte era un municipio independiente, después de esta fecha se unió al municipio de Woensdrecht.
