La clínica Saint-Vincent de Rocourt fue un antiguo hospital especializado en trastornos de mujeres, parejas y niños, y actuó como un punto de referencia en la psiquiatría. Desde 2001 formó parte del Grupo de salud CHC. Cerró sus puertas en marzo de 2020.
En 2006 se tomó la decisión de fusionar las tres ubicaciones de CHC en Lieja. En 2014 comenzó la construcción del nuevo hospital en el sitio de las antiguas minas de carbón de Patience y Beaujonc. El 26 de marzo de 2020, la Clínica Saint-Vincent cerró definitivamente sus puertas. Sus actividades, así como las de las clínicas Saint-Joseph en Lieja y la Espérance en Montegnée, fueron transferidas a la Clínica CHC MontLégia.
