La Cruz de los Lobos fue fundada por los Scouts. Los Lobatos (Cub Scouts) son los miembros de entre 8 y 12 años. Se renovó a principios de la década de 2020.
No es casualidad que esta cruz se encuentre a lo largo del paseo número 13 'Promenade du loup' (paseo del lobo).
En los Scouts y Guías, la colocación de una cruz es una tradición que suele asociarse con el recuerdo de los miembros fallecidos. Esta cruz se puede colocar, por ejemplo, cuando muere un miembro o durante momentos conmemorativos especiales , como el Día de los Difuntos o el Día de Todos los Santos. Es una forma de mostrar respeto y mantener vivo el recuerdo del difunto dentro del grupo.
El símbolo de la cruz puede variar, pero la intención es siempre de honor y unidad.
