Se han preparado y desarrollado tres circuitos para correr en el bosque de Soignes por Bruxelles Environnement y dos clubes atléticos, l'Enjambée y RACB
El inicio recomendado está frente al Centro Deportivo del Bosque de Soignes (ADEPS). Un gran aparcamiento permite estacionar su vehículo allí.
Una señal indica el inicio de los tres circuitos de 5, 10 y 20 km (el primer y último kilómetro son comunes). Poste de madera delimitan todos los circuitos.
