La estación de tren de Berlín Ostbahnhof en Berlín fue una estación terminal que se inauguró en 1867 junto con el último tramo de la línea Berlín–Strausberg–Küstrin de la Real Prusiana Ostbahn. La estación de pasajeros estaba ubicada en la actual plaza Franz-Mehring, mientras que la estación de mercancías correspondiente estaba al sur de esta, adyacente a la estación Schlesische.
La estación solo se utilizó para el tráfico de pasajeros hasta 1882; después de eso, ambas partes de la estación solo sirvieron para el tráfico de mercancías.
Las ruinas de la sala de la estación, destruida por los efectos de la guerra en 1944 y 1945, y del edificio de recepción que se utilizó como varieté hasta la Segunda Guerra Mundial fueron posteriormente demolidas.
