Berlin Ostbahnhof i Berlin var en hovedbanegård, der blev åbnet i 1867 sammen med den sidste strækning Berlin–Strausberg–Küstrin af den Kongelig Preussiske Ostbahn. Personbanegården lå på den nuværende Franz-Mehring-Platz, den tilhørende godsbane lå syd for denne og grænsede op til Schlesischen Bahnhof.
Banegården blev kun brugt til persontransport frem til 1882, hvorefter begge dele af banegården kun fungerede til godstransport.
Ruinerne af den i 1944 og 1945 ødelagte stationshal og det, der frem til Anden Verdenskrig blev brugt som reception bygning, blev senere revet ned.
