Miesterhorst es un pueblo y una parte de la ciudad hanseática de Gardelegen en el distrito de Altmark Salzwedel en Sajonia-Anhalt.
El pueblo altmárquico de Miesterhorst, una aldea de calle con iglesia, se encuentra a 11 kilómetros al noreste de Oebisfelde en la zona baja del Parque Natural Drömlings, en la reserva natural Ohre-Drömling. Al noreste fluye el Bullengraben, al sureste el Wilhelmskanal hacia el sur hacia el Ohre.
