Miesterhorst est une localité et un quartier de la ville hanséatique de Gardelegen dans le district de Salzwedel en Saxe-Anhalt.
Le village almarquois de Miesterhorst, un village de rues avec église, se situe à 11 kilomètres au nord-est d'Oebisfelde dans la plaine du parc naturel de Drömlings dans la réserve naturelle Ohre-Drömling. Au nord-est, le Bullengraben s'écoule, au sud-est le Wilhelmskanal se dirige vers le sud vers l'Ohre.
