Kohren-Sahlis es un distrito de la ciudad de Frohburg, en el sur del distrito de Leipzig en Sajonia. Hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2017, era una ciudad independiente, que se hizo conocida principalmente por la cerámica. Forma el centro de la tierra de Kohrener.
Kohren-Sahlis se encuentra aproximadamente en el medio entre Leipzig y Chemnitz. Limita al norte con Frohburg, al noreste y al este con la ciudad de Geithain y al sur con la ciudad de Penig en el distrito de Mittelsachsen. Al oeste, Kohren-Sahlis limita con las comunidades de Turingia Langenleuba-Niederhain y Windischleuba. El río Wyhra y los tres legendarios arroyos Maus, Ratte y Katze fluyen a través de Kohren-Sahlis.
