Lahstedt es una antigua comuna en el distrito de Peine en Baja Sajonia. Se disolvió con la integración en la comuna de Ilsede el 1 de enero de 2015. En su última residencia, vivían 9930 habitantes en el área municipal. La superficie de la comuna abarcaba 43,61 km².
El 1 de febrero de 1971, como parte de la reforma territorial en Baja Sajonia, las comunas independientes hasta ese momento de Adenstedt, Gadenstedt, Groß Lafferde, Münstedt y Oberg se unieron en la nueva comuna unitaria de Lahstedt.
