Lahstedt è stata un'ex municipalità nel distretto di Peine in Bassa Sassonia. È stata dissolta con l'incorporazione nel comune di Ilsede dal 1 gennaio 2015. Ultimamente nel territorio comunale vivevano 9930 abitanti. La superficie comunale copriva 43,61 km².
Il 1 febbraio 1971, nell'ambito della riforma territoriale in Bassa Sassonia, i comuni autonomi di Adenstedt, Gadenstedt, Groß Lafferde, Münstedt e Oberg sono stati uniti nel nuovo comune unificato di Lahstedt.
