Brebach-Fechingen es un barrio de la capital del estado de Sarre, Saarbrücken, y forma parte del distrito urbano de Halberg. Hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1973, Brebach-Fechingen era un municipio independiente.
Hasta finales de 1958, Brebach y Fechingen eran municipios independientes. Con efecto del 1 de enero de 1959, se unieron para formar un nuevo municipio bajo el nombre de Brebach-Fechingen. En el marco de la reforma territorial y administrativa de Sarre, el municipio de Brebach-Fechingen fue incorporado a Saarbrücken el 1 de enero de 1974. El barrio resultante "Brebach-Fechingen" se divide en los tres distritos de Brebach, Neufechingen y Fechingen.
