Uerdingen [ˈyːɐ̯.dɪŋ.ən] es un barrio y distrito de la ciudad sin distrito de Krefeld con aproximadamente 18,000 habitantes. La localidad obtuvo derechos de ciudad en el año 1255 y se convirtió en parte de Krefeld-Uerdingen a orillas del Rin en 1929. Alcanzó notoriedad a través de los productos de la destilería Dujardin, el autobús de vía Uerdinger, una planta del conglomerado químico Bayer y el club de fútbol KFC Uerdingen 05.
