Uerdingen [ˈyːɐ̯.dɪŋ.ən] est un quartier et un district de la ville libre de Krefeld avec environ 18 000 habitants. L'endroit a obtenu ses droits de cité en 1255 et est devenu en 1929 une partie de Krefeld-Uerdingen sur le Rhin. Il a atteint la notoriété grâce aux produits de la distillerie de vin Dujardin, au railbus d'Uerdingen, une œuvre du groupe chimique Bayer et au club de football KFC Uerdingen 05.
