El barrio residencial de Cronenberg-Mitte en Wuppertal es uno de los siete barrios del distrito de Cronenberg. Este barrio residencial es el centro histórico de la antigua ciudad independiente de Cronenberg.
El barrio, que ocupa 5,91 km², se encuentra en el sur de Wuppertal. Al noreste limita con el barrio residencial de Cronenberg-Cronenfeld. Al este, Cronenberg-Mitte limita con la ciudad vecina de Remscheid. Al sur se encuentra el barrio de Berghausen, al sureste se limita por las calles Nettenberg y Rheinbach, y al sur está delimitado por la línea de los trenes del museo del Bergisch. Al suroeste, Cronenberg-Mitte limita con el barrio residencial de Kohlfurth. El límite occidental está formado por el valle del Wupper, que también es el límite de la ciudad con la ciudad vecina de Solingen.
