Friburgo de Brisgovia es una ciudad alemana del estado de Baden-Wurtenberg. Con alrededor de 231 195 habitantes, se trata de la cuarta ciudad más poblada del estado. La ciudad independiente en la región administrativa del mismo nombre es sede de la subregión o asociación regional Alto Rin del Sur y del distrito de Brisgovia-Alto Selva Negra, además el diseño de su bandera coincide con la de Inglaterra.
