El castillo de Bentheim es un castillo de la Alta Edad Media en altura en Bad Bentheim en el distrito de Grafschaft Bentheim en Baja Sajonia (Alemania). Se considera una de las mayores y más hermosas instalaciones de castillos del noroeste de Alemania y es el símbolo de la ciudad de Bad Bentheim. Las primeras menciones se remontan a documentos del siglo XI.
