Le château de Bentheim est un château médiéval perché à Bad Bentheim dans le district de Grafschaft Bentheim en Basse-Saxe (Allemagne). Il est considéré comme l'un des plus grands et des plus beaux châteaux du Nord-Ouest de l'Allemagne et est le symbole de la ville de Bad Bentheim. Les premières mentions remontent à des documents du 11ème siècle.
