El paisaje del parque Los jardines Kleve en Kleve, Alemania, fueron creados alrededor de 1660 por encargo del propietario de la ciudad Johan Maurits de Nassau-Siegen. Tras un período de declive, el parque paisajístico volvió a brillar con su antiguo esplendor a finales del siglo XX.
El actual Museo Kurhaus Kleve se encuentra en medio de un paisaje histórico de parque. El arte y la naturaleza, dentro y fuera, establecen diversas relaciones en este lugar. La ubicación natural del paisaje con el Springenberg y el bosque del zoológico inspiró al gobernador de Kleve Johan Maurits de Nassau-Siegen a crear un jardín de las artes, cuyo corazón es el llamado anfiteatro.
