El City Carré Magdeburg es un centro comercial y edificio de oficinas en el casco antiguo de Magdeburgo, el centro de la ciudad. Diariamente, alrededor de 25,000 personas visitan el centro.
El City-Carré está situado en medio del centro de Magdeburgo, justo enfrente de la estación central de trenes y cerca de la estación central de autobuses y el anillo de Magdeburgo. Además, hay dos paradas de transporte público justo al lado del edificio. El aparcamiento del edificio, situado por debajo del nivel cero y con más de 1,700 plazas, se puede acceder a través de la avenida Ernst-Reuter y la calle Bahnhofstraße. Por encima del suelo, hay más de 300 plazas para bicicletas con modernos soportes de aparcamiento en las cercanías del edificio.
