City Carré Magdeburg er et shoppingcenter og kontorbygning i den historiske bydel Magdeburg, centrum af byen. Hver dag besøger omkring 25.000 mennesker centret.
City-Carré ligger midt i Magdeburgs centrum lige over for hovedbanegården og tæt på den centrale busstation og Magdeburg Ring. Derudover er der to stoppesteder for lokaltrafik umiddelbart ved bygningen. Det bygningsejede parkeringshus under nulniveauet, med mere end 1.700 parkeringspladser, kan nås via Ernst-Reuter-Allee og Bahnhofstraße. Over jorden findes der i direkte nærhed til bygningen over 300 cykelparkeringspladser med moderne cykelstativer.
