El Strombach es un afluente de la Agger de 8,3 km de longitud, situado en el lado orográfico derecho, en Gummersbach, Renania del Norte-Westfalia.
La fuente del Strombach se encuentra en el borde norte de Gummeroth a una altitud de 354 m sobre el nivel del mar. Desde aquí, el arroyo serpentea predominantemente en dirección sur a través de las localidades de Gummeroth, Strombach, Hardt-Hanfgarten y Liefenroth para desembocar en la Agger en Vollmerhausen a 168 m sobre el nivel del mar.
