Strombach er en 8,3 km lang, orografisk højre biflod til Agger i Gummersbach, Nordrhinde-Vestfalen.
Kilden til Strombach ligger i den nordlige del af Gummeroth på en højde af 354 m over havets overflade. Herfra snoer åen sig i overvejende sydlig retning gennem byerne Gummeroth, Strombach, Hardt-Hanfgarten og Liefenroth for ved Vollmerhausen at munde ud i Agger på 168 m over havets overflade.
