El Museo del Diseño Vitra está dedicado a la investigación y la exhibición del diseño del pasado y del presente, y explora la relación entre diseño y arquitectura, arte y cultura cotidiana. Cada año, el Museo del Diseño Vitra organiza hasta diez exposiciones sobre diversos temas relacionados con el diseño y la arquitectura, que se pueden ver en el edificio principal deFrank Gehry, en el Schaudepot de Herzog & de Meuron y en otros lugares del Campus Vitra. 

Muchas de las exposiciones del museo también se llevan de gira y se presentan en museos socios de todo el mundo. La piedra angular del trabajo del Museo del Diseño Vitra es la colección única de muebles, iluminación y diseño de interiores. ¡Es necesario reservar con antelación!
