La estación de metro Klosterstraße es una estación de la línea U2 del metro de Berlín. Se encuentra bajo la Klosterstraße en el distrito Mitte de Berlín, cerca de Alexanderplatz y fue inaugurada el 1 de julio de 1913. La estación está protegida como monumento.
La estación de metro Klosterstraße se encuentra aproximadamente al nivel de la Parochialstraße. Es notable el relativamente gran ancho del andén, así como la fila de columnas desfasadas. También son llamativas las dos bandas de granito empotradas en el suelo, que se extienden a lo largo de la mitad del andén. En sentido estricto, se trata de dos andenes que se han consolidado en uno grande. Las bandas de granito representan los bordes de andén originalmente planeados.
