La estación de Iserlohn es la parada situada en el centro de Iserlohn. Se encuentra al final de dos líneas de tren de vía única, la Ardeybahn de Schwerte y la línea de Iserlohn-Letmathe. Desde la reconstrucción en 2008, se le denomina estación de la ciudad.
La estación de Iserlohn se inauguró en 1864 junto con la línea de tren Letmathe–Iserlohn, que se amplió en 1885 hasta Hemer y más allá hasta Fröndenberg. En 1910 se añadió la Ardeybahn de Schwerte. En 1966, el antiguo edificio de la estación fue reemplazado por uno nuevo.
