La gare d'Iserlohn est la halte située au centre d'Iserlohn. Elle se trouve à l'extrémité de deux lignes ferroviaires à voie unique, la ligne d'Ardey de Schwerte et la ligne d'Iserlohn-Letmathe. Depuis la reconstruction en 2008, elle est qualifiée de gare de ville.
La gare d'Iserlohn a été inaugurée en 1864 avec la ligne de chemin de fer Letmathe–Iserlohn, qui a été prolongée en 1885 jusqu'à Hemer et au-delà vers Fröndenberg. En 1910, la ligne d'Ardey vers Schwerte a également été ajoutée. En 1966, l'ancien bâtiment de la gare a été remplacé par un nouveau bâtiment.
