La cervecería Irle, oficialmente la empresa Irle Friedrich Sen. GmbH & Co. KG, es una cervecería familiar en el distrito de Kaan-Marienborn en Siegen.
La industria cervecera de Siegerland tiene una larga tradición cervecera. Ya en 1618, solo los cerveceros formados por un maestro podían elaborar cerveza. Además, las pequeñas cervecerías caseras eran muy comunes, beneficiándose del cultivo de lúpulo registrado en el catálogo de calidad de Siegen de 1691. Johannes Irle de Dahlbruch, de profesión curtidor, sentó las bases de la cervecería en 1693. Poseía una extensa propiedad agrícola, partes de una fábrica, posadas, así como la cervecería y la destilería, que heredó a través de su hijo y su nieto a su bisnieto Johann Daniel Irle. Este adquirió en 1797 los derechos de agua de la montaña Galmerich, situada entre Marienborn y Bürbach, y construyó una tubería de agua hasta la cervecería y la destilería, que cubría la demanda de agua de manantial suave de alta calidad para la producción.
