El túnel de Milseburg es un túnel ferroviario de la antigua línea de tren Götzenhof–Wüstensachsen cerca de la montaña Milseburg en la parte hessiana de la Rhön. El túnel, que mide 1173 metros de largo, es hoy parte de la línea que ha sido transformada en el sendero Milseburgradweg.
El túnel de Milseburg se encuentra en el distrito de Fulda y pasa por debajo de la ladera norte de Oberbernhardser Höhe, un ramal norte de la montaña Milseburg, que se eleva a unos 1,5 kilómetros al sur del túnel. Dentro del parque natural de la Rhön hessiana, se encuentra en la reserva de biosfera Rhön en el punto más alto de la antigua línea de tren Rhön que va de Fulda a Hilders o Tann.
