El monasterio de San Pablo es un antiguo monasterio dominicano en Brandeburgo sobre el Havel, en el área de la ciudad nueva. Hoy en día, en su interior se encuentra el Museo Arqueológico del Estado de Brandeburgo.
Después de que los margraves de Brandeburgo abandonaran el antiguo castillo en la isla de la catedral de Brandeburgo, los ascanios eligieron un área en el borde suroeste de la ciudad nueva de Brandeburgo como sede de su residencia. La ciudad nueva fue establecida y planificada por los margraves de Brandeburgo antes de 1196.
