El parque natural Arnsberger Wald es un parque natural de 599 km² en el distrito de Hochsauerlandkreis y el distrito de Soest en la región administrativa de Arnsberg, Renania del Norte-Westfalia.
El parque natural comprende principalmente los paisajes montañosos con una altitud de hasta 581,5 m sobre el nivel del mar, en su mayoría cubiertos de bosques, del Alto Sauerland en el ángulo entre el Ruhr y el Möhne. Además del Arnsberger Wald, se encuentran la región montañosa de Warstein, el bosque de Plack y las partes ubicadas a la izquierda del Möhne de Obermöhne y Almewald. En 2020, el parque natural también se amplió para incluir la mayor parte del área urbana de Arnsberg.
