Il parco naturale Arnsberger Wald è un parco naturale di 599 km² situato nel distretto dell'Hochsauerlandkreis e nel circondario di Soest nel distretto governativo di Arnsberg, Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia.
Il parco naturale comprende principalmente i paesaggi montuosi dell'Alta Sauerland, per lo più boschivi, che raggiungono un'altitudine di fino a 581,5 m sul livello del mare, nel punto tra il fiume Ruhr e il Möhne. Oltre alla foresta di Arnsberg, si trovano il territorio collinare di Warstein, la foresta di Plack e le zone di Obermöhne e Almewald situate a sinistra del Möhne. Nel 2020, il parco naturale è stato inoltre ampliato per includere la maggior parte dell'area urbana di Arnsberg.
