La cerradura de Ochtum en Lemwerder se encuentra en la desembocadura del Ochtum en el Weser. Sirve para la protección contra inundaciones de la llanura situada detrás de la cerradura y, por lo tanto, en particular para la protección de partes de Bremen, donde durante la tormenta del febrero de 1962 se registraron las únicas víctimas mortales en la región del Unterweser, Delmenhorst y Stuhr. La cerradura fue construida en virtud de un tratado estatal entre los estados federados de Baja Sajonia y Bremen.
