El puente Karl-Lehr es un puente de carretera sobre el río Ruhr, en el kilómetro 1,934. Es el último puente sobre el río antes de su desembocadura en el Rin y conecta los barrios de Kaßlerfeld y Ruhrort en Duisburgo. El puente lleva el nombre del alcalde de Duisburgo, Karl Lehr, quien contribuyó al desarrollo de los puertos de Duisburg-Ruhrort como un importante puerto interior mundial y al enlace de las antiguas ciudades independientes de Ruhrort y Meiderich con Duisburgo. A través del puente Karl-Lehr pasa la carretera estatal 140 y la línea de tranvía 901 de la compañía de transporte de Duisburgo.
